Collections can be arranged in store or 2 hours after an online order once confirmed

Returns and refund information

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product for a refund or exchange.
Condition of the Product: The products must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging for a return to be accepted. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been installed, damaged, or altered.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation, when returning the product to verify the purchase and process the return.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If the purchase was made with a credit card, the refund will typically be credited back to the same card. For cash or debit card purchases, refunds may be provided in cash or store credit.
Restocking Fees: A 25% restocking fee is charged for returned items, which is deducted from the refund amount.
Return Process: The product must be returned to the store location as part of the return process.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances: There are no returns allowed on clearance items, custom orders, partially used fitting packs, or damaged products.
