Product Warranty: Our composite decking is backed by a comprehensive limited warranty, safeguarding against defects in materials and workmanship for a substantial period. This warranty extends to cover any manufacturer’s defects, including significant splitting, cracking, or damage caused by insects, rot, corrosion, fungal decay, or physical polymer breakdown, for an extended period of ten 10 years from the original date of purchase. Additionally, this warranty encompasses colour stability, durability, resistance to moisture, termites, and UV rays, provided the decking is used appropriately and under standard conditions. This warranty is subject to terms and conditions outlined below.

Installation Guidelines: Proper installation of the composite decking is essential for ensuring its performance and longevity. Installers must adhere to the manufacturer’s installation guidelines and recommendations. Failure to do so may void the warranty.

Maintenance Requirements: While composite decking is low maintenance compared to traditional wood decking, it still requires regular care to maintain its appearance and performance. Homeowners are responsible for following the manufacturer’s maintenance recommendations, including cleaning and inspection procedures.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or acts of nature such as floods, earthquakes, or hurricanes. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the structural integrity of the decking.

Claims Process: In the event of a warranty claim, homeowners must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect. The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the decking and determine whether the claim is valid. If the claim is approved, the manufacturer may repair or replace the defective decking at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability: The manufacturer’s liability under the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective decking. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or installation of the decking.

Transferability: The warranty may be transferable to subsequent owners of the property, subject to approval by the manufacturer and payment of any transfer fees. The new owner must agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the warranty.

Modification of Terms: The manufacturer reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of the warranty at any time, with or without prior notice.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the decking was purchased.

Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
